Use to perform elevated maintenance jobs where scaffold and ladders are not practical or safe. Four inch kick plate surrounds the non-skid 11 gage diamond plate floor. Double safety chains to secure platform to the forklift. 42” high removable side rails and mesh back to eliminate access to gears, pulleys, and chains. Optional back cage riser to meet California codes. Optional hinged door, tool tray, and universal light bulb caddy also available. OSHA requirements: The outside of the platform cannot extend more than 9” beyond the outside edge of the forklift wheels. |

of any forklift work platform. This is a perfect alternative to
metal units that promote florescent bulb breakage. You can store
individual or full box of bulbs. The caddy is compatible with any
work platform. Manufactured of UV protected polyethylene that will
